The majority of BPTO funds are spent supporting Curriculum Enrichment programs like; hiring inspirational speakers, scientists, authors, musicians, naturalists, artists, animal specialists, storytellers, counselors, and all kinds of performers who use their talents and the power of experience to forge magical connections between students and content.

We work closely with the Cole and Spofford Pond Principal's and education teams to align our programs with their curriculum, learning goals, and to integrate them into the school schedules.

These special guests, and our efforts in selecting and incorporating them, are always sincerely appreciated by students and staff. They often share stories about their impact, the wonderful classroom discussions and projects afterward, and the valuable convergence of concepts being taught. These range from electrical circuits to circuits of kindness, and everything in between.

In the 2018-2019 school year, the BPTO spent nearly $40,000 on Curriculum Enrichment programs and educators in our schools.  We are grateful for your help in making these gifts possible!
