BPTO: Two Schools. One Town. Deeply Invested.
The Boxford Parent Teacher Organization (BPTO) is an independent, non-profit organization of parents, teachers, and administrators, committed to supporting our schools and enriching the learning and community experiences for the children and families we serve.
BPTO Goals
To maintain quality education while seeking new avenues for improving programs offered to the elementary school children of Boxford.
To raise funds in diverse ways for utilization of curriculum enrichment programs, field trips, special equipment and services, and long range planning initiatives developed in conjunction with teachers and administrators.
To bridge the community and schools through sponsoring community events, participating in other community events, disseminating information to the elementary school community and interested parties, and being responsive to the requests for cooperation and assistance.
Why We Fundraise
Our Philosophy: Time, Space, Kindness
WE ARE ABOUT TIME: Time to celebrate and be involved in those precious, formative, fleeting years between preschool and the end of grade six.
WE ARE ABOUT SPACE: Helping to create a mindful, collaborative space where children can explore and learn in countless ways.
WE ARE ABOUT KINDNESS: The powerful formula of exponential kindness, because kindness fosters individual growth, healthy relationships, and a positive atmosphere with limitless potential. The BPTO has zero-tolerance towards discrimination and harassment of any kind.
