Below are some specifics and details to better prepare you for attending the adults-only Blues, Brews, and BBQ Silent Auction Event.

 

 

CELL PHONES & MOBILE BIDDING:
Bring your cell phones! This is one event we WANT you on your phones! Mobile Bidding will continue at the auction until 8:30PM, there will be NO bid sheets on the auction tables, the only way to participate in the auction is through your Bidding For Good mobile bidding account. If you haven't created your mobile bidding account and added your credit card, please do so before the in-person event.  

 

EVENT ONLY BIDDING ITEMS:
Some auction items will be on display and viewable ONLY AT Blues, Brews and BBQ!  That's right, we have a lot of amazing baskets and individual auction items that will be added on the day of the event to view and bid on at Peirce Farm!  

 

ATTIRE:
Think evening elegant casual chic. You don't need to whip out your cocktail dresses and suits, but definitely consider those maxi dresses, jean jackets, and button-down shirts paired with some stylish jeans. You might even want to dust off those sparkly boots from our Boots and Bling event a couple years back! Check out the image below for inspiration.

 

 

CASH BAR:
The seasonal spirits will be flowing including our signature drink the Sparkling Spiked Lemonade at the cash bar, and yes, they take credit cards.  

 

WINNING BIDDERS:
All winning bidders will be notified through their mobile phone, either via text or email, depending on which communication alert(s) you chose within your Mobile Bidding Account. Event attendees may claim their auction/raffle items after 8:30pm, the close of the event, from the Guest Services table.

 

ITEMS CONTAINING ALCOHOL:

If your auction item contains alcohol, you may NOT open and consume it at the event. Outside food and beverages are NOT PERMITTED at any time. Please only claim your item(s) as you are leaving the building. 

 

Additionally, winning bidders will be able to pick up their item(s) at future date scheduled by the BPTO.

The Blues, Brews, and BBQ (BB&B) Online Auction is LIVE. You don't want to miss the amazing auction items and packages available to bid on right from your phone.  

 

Funds raised through the BB&B Online Auction directly support the BPTOs Curriculum Enrichment and Teacher Wishes programs. We encourage you to bid and share the bidding link with friends and family, so they too can participate in the online bidding.
