Event Details

WHAT:
  • The Color Run, also known as the happiest 1/4 mile on the North Shore, is an untimed, DJ music pumping, fun run, for Cole and Spofford students.

  • Runners take as many laps around the Color Course as they want - the more times around, the more colorful they become.

  • Volunteers spray runners with colorful chalk-like powders in designated "color zones" along the course. Color powder is non-toxic and will not harm runners if it is inhaled or gets in their eyes.

  • Color runners are doused from head to toe, and encouraged to wear their white t-shirt from their registration packet at the starting line to ensure they are plastered in color by the finish line.

  • Additional zones along the Color Course may include bubbles, age appropriate obstacles, and other fun-run kid friendly surprises.
