The BPTO would like to provide the following information to further inform our community about ticket sales for Ziti with your Sweetie.

- The BPTO has 357 paid members and another 200 households who have a child/children in our schools, but are not members.

- All 557 households receive ALL BPTO communications and ALL received an invitation to Ziti With Your Sweetie on January 17th.

- Of the 357 BPTO members, 86 households received an invitation to purchase tickets beginning on Jan. 13, through their membership level. Benefits for tiered membership are common and legal in non-profit fundraising, such as museums or public broadcasting.

- Of the 86 early-access invitations, 26 households purchased tickets prior to being made available to ALL 557 BPTO contacts.

- The remaining tickets were sold to ALL households on January 17 first-come, first-served. The parent/guardian registering was NOT asked whether they are a BPTO member.

- Unfortunately, our space is limited, and the remaining tickets sold out within 25 minutes.

The BPTO has been working diligently with Black Swan to create more space and we are delighted that Black Swan was able to add tables to an adjacent room to the Ball Room. While not in the same space as the DJ and dancing, we are thankful to them for acting swiftly and creatively to accommodate our school families. The BPTO will begin notifying those households on the Waitlist in order of their signup.

We welcome you to explore our site and register as a BPTO Member - connecting with the Boxford elementary school community through our Membership Directory, Class Chats, Volunteer opportunities and so much more.
