SEEKING AUCTION ITEM DONATIONS!
The BPTO is busy getting ready for its largest fundraising event of the year, the Secret Garden Gala. This year, the event has returned to springtime with a fabulous garden-theme and will take place Friday, April 28, 2023 at the beautiful Renaissance Golf Club. The Secret Garden Gala and its accompanying Secret Garden Gala Online Auction raises more than $25,000 annually for the BPTO. One of the many joys of this event is the Online Auction - and we need your help in procuring must-have items!
The Secret Garden Gala Online Auction offers fun and unique items to bid on while raising funds for Curriculum Enrichment and Teacher Wishes programs. The BPTO invests more than $45,000 annually into these direct benefit programs for students and teachers. Your bidding and donations ensure we continue to support Cole and Spofford Pond schools by enriching the learning, teaching, and community experience for the children and families they serve.
Beginning Monday, April 10, 2023, the Secret Garden Gala Online Auction will go live and run through 9:00pm the evening of the Secret Garden Gala, April 28th. By donating an item or experience to the online auction, you will be supporting our elementary schools while generating goodwill and funds for the BPTO. We like to call that a win-win!

We know our elementary school community has even more creative ideas and donations to offer that will make the Secret Garden Gala our best auction yet!
All online auction donations are due by March 10th! To submit an item to this auction, click the button below or www.boxfordpto.org/auctiondonation, follow the prompts to donate your item. Donation submissions can also be sent through email to boxfordptofundraising@gmail.com. The auction committee will contact you by email after the item has been reviewed.

The online auction makes bidding easy, anyone with a mobile phone or laptop can partake in the fun and fundraising - you don't have to attend the event to bid and win!

Before you begin bidding, you need to create your FREE Mobile Bidding account in Bidding for Good, the Secret Garden Gala's online auction site. With mobile bidding you can easily view and bid directly on the Secret Garden Gala Auction items from your smart phone.

Below are the steps to get yourself setup before Monday, April 10th when the Secret Garden Gala Online Auction goes live. Once your account is created, feel free to place a "watch" on your favorite items, so you will know as soon as bidding begins.
Register for a Bidders Account:

You will be prompted to:
1. Enter your email address 2. Create a password 3. Enter First and Last Name 4. Enter mobile number 5. Agree to Terms of Use |
After providing all required information, select Register to finish creating your bidder's account.
*Important Note
If you register on your mobile phone you will be prompted to put credit card information on file when you try to bid on an item.

Auction Item Pickup
The auction will close at 9:00PM on Friday, April 28th. Winning bidders who attend the Secret Garden Gala in-person will take their items home at the close of the event.
If you are an out of town winner, your item(s) will be sent through the United States Postal Service within 7-10 days of the close of the auction.
